About BCI

BCI was founded in 1971 by Harry & Joan Brouillette. Looking for a better life for their three kids they moved to Anderson, CA. Harry started Harry Brouillette Excavating. With one backhoe and a dump truck, customers were standing in line to do business with an honest man who offered dependability and quality based on a handshake.

Brouillette Construction Incorporated became the new name and in 1991 Harry and new corporate partner, his younger son David, decided to concentrate solely on the excavating division of the corporation. In September of 1999 BCI saw very sad times with the passing of founder Harry Brouillette. As Harry would have wanted we held our heads up high and decided to carry on with the basis upon which he started his company, Honesty, Quality, and Respect. David Brouillette is now assisted by his two sons David Addam, and Aron.

In 2005 we added a landscape supply yard to our location. This division is run by David Addam’s wife Nicole. We look forward to serving our loyal customers as well as our new customers with continued quality and respect in both the excavating and landscape supply business.
